The client is committed to providing us with the information and materials necessary to implement the project in a timely manner, to cooperate during the work stages, and to pay the dues according to what is agreed upon.
Intellectual property rights for completed works remain as stipulated in the project agreement. Drip Art reserves the right to display works within its gallery unless otherwise agreed upon.
The value of services and payment schedule are specified in the quote or contract. Late payment may lead to suspension of work on the project until the receivables are settled.
We do our best to provide the highest quality services, but we cannot be held liable for any indirect damages that may arise from the use of the services in excess of the value of the service provided.
Either party has the right to terminate the contract according to the terms agreed upon in the contract, with settlement of the dues for the work completed up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of them.
These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any disputes will be resolved according to the competent judicial authorities therein.
